I never meant anything to you.
You never ceased to make me smile. My place in your life brought me such happiness. You introduced me to everything that never failed to excite me. But I guess I never amazed you at all even when you tried to convince me otherwise. I was nothing in your life.
If only life came with a compass.
We wouldn’t have to worry about which direction to take & wander off in the unknown. It would impossible to get lost when everything is set in its correct place. We would enjoy life rather than be paranoid of the consequences from our choices.
I don't easily get excited anymore.
It’s been difficult for me to look forward to anything or even enjoy the feeling of happiness. Even though I’ve been acting better, I’m nowhere near my old self. I’ve lost all appreciation for life’s surprises.

I want a day where I can escape this city & be a complete nobody somewhere else. A place where I don’t have to answer to anybody or explain about anything. Somewhere I can be by myself where nobody can recognize me. No matter how many people surround me, I’ll remain unknown as if I never existed in the first place.

I don't like it when people talk to me everyday.
Of course I enjoy our conversations but it puts me in a bad mood once they stop talking to me abruptly without any reason. I don’t like the feeling of being anxious while waiting for them when I become too familiar with having them in my everyday life. The sense of loneliness develops once they break the routine.

The last time those words came out of my lips were over a year ago. I don’t know if it’s considered taking love to seriously, but I never say it unless I really mean it. Everybody throws it around as if it’s nothing, but I don’t ever admit it unless it’s true to my feelings.

Don't expect too much out of a relationship.
It’s nice to fantasize about your future together, but you need to realize that it just might not happen the way you want it to. Don’t just expect the best or the worst in a relationship. Find a neutral balance where you put yourself between reality & fantasy. Imagining a perfect relationship is never enough, you have to put in the effort & faith to make it work.
It really is for the best, the way it is now. I probably should have thought of this & acted sooner, but I knew my heart could not create this distance from everything. I thought that it was unavoidable until I realized how easy it is to escape. I’ve detached myself from this, I can no longer cope with this feeling when it’s becoming too familiar.

I grow tired of people quickly.
It sounds prideful & all, but I can only spend so much time with others until everything about them start become an annoyance to me. Everybody eventually becomes tiresome & it just leads me to lose the effort to put up with them. My patience is already low enough, don’t push it.
